Polly Sinha has nearly 20 years of experience as a physical therapist. Her primary expertise is treating neck, back, and sacroiliac joint injuries in addition to general orthopedics. She has extensive training under nationally recognized therapists and has treated athletes, celebrities, physicians, laborers, and the injured.
Polly’s approach to therapy involves one-on-one care including manual therapy to improve proper tissue and joint function; customized exercise to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, and functional movement; postural and ergonomic training to prevent future injuries; application of modalities and taping to address and aid in recovery.
Polly’s primary goal is to reduce pain and instruct her patients in advanced strength and conditioning exercises to get them back to work, sports, and daily activities.
